A mechanic had ascended a work platform that was 44" tall and had been positioned around the aircraft to perform his task. While addressing his work he stepped over the toeboard at the end of the platform onto the ground. He was hospitalized for five broken ribs and a bruised lung.

An employee was exiting the maintenance building when she tripped and fell on a paved incline walkway. She caught herself with her left hand and was hospitalized with a fractured left wrist that required surgery.

On November 28, 2023, an employee was working on an aircraft. They had used a work-stand, or portable/rolling staircase, to enter the aircraft. When the employee stepped backward to exit the aircraft, the work stand was not there, causing the employee to fall approximately 46 inches to the concrete floor. The employee was hospitalized with fractured ribs, contusions/abrasions to left elbow, and a bruised back.

An employee was climbing a step ladder while carrying a 3-foot piece of conduit. As he went to reposition his feet on the ladder by pivoting, he slipped and fell from the third rung of a 6-foot ladder. The employee sustained fractures to the left femur, right elbow, and right ring finger.

The truck drove out of the stall, causing the employee to fall 4 feet off the dock onto the concrete. The employee sustained fractures to the right side of the pelvis, elbow, and a left ring fingertip as well as injuries to the right wrist and bruising to the back and stomach.

A pressurized aircraft nose landing gear strut assembly was being disassembled. The gland nut dislodged under pressure and made contact with an employee's left hand, breaking it.

The C-channel of the base crushed the employee's left hand against the concrete ground, resulting in the amputation of their third and fourth fingers.
