An employee was completing a post-assembly inspection of the main hoist cable of a lattice crawler crane as it was being spooled onto the drum. His left hand became pinched between the drum and the cable, resulting in the partial amputation of his ring and little fingers.
Two employees were descending in an aerial lift after doing bridge work. The boom and basket became stuck against the bridge girder.
