Final narrative
An employee was cutting parts using a bandsaw. The employee's left wrist contacted the sawblade and was severely lacerated, causing an amputation. The blade was unguarded at the time.
An employee was pulling a tool cart that had a grease gun hanging on the side. While going through a doorway the trigger of the grease gun was pressed. The employee's right ring fingertip was amputated by the trigger mechanism of the grease gun.
An employee was removing a rubber mold with his hands when the mold closed onto his pinky finger. A portion of the employee's pinky finger was medically amputated.
An employee was operating a strip saw. As the employee shut off the saw, their right index and middle fingertips were amputated by the blade before it came to a complete stop.
