An employee was using tongs to grab shrimp when their finger got caught inside the tongs. The employee sustained an amputation to their fingertip.

An employee had been sanitizing a portable conveyor belt. While moving a section of the conveyor system, the employee's right index finger was caught by a tire of the conveyor system and their fingertip was amputated.

The employee ascended a 5'9"-tall cart to reach the raised baffling panel. The raised baffling shifted and dropped, trapping the employee's arm between the aluminum and foam core baffling. The employee sustained a severe laceration to the lower forearm/upper wrist and severed ligaments. The employee was hospitalized.
