An employee was working on a line where bottles had jammed. The employee was looking at jammed bottles on the rail and also for broken links on the conveyor belt. The conveyor was jogged and the employee's left little finger was caught between it and the guard. The employee suffered a fingertip amputation (below the nail) and was hospitalized.

An employee was called over to the dinner line due to a black substance under the rotary. The employee was cleaning the black substance from the discharge hole of the rotary when their fingers were struck by the rotary cups. The employee sustained amputation injuries to the middle and ring fingers on their left hand.
