At 5:08 a.m. on March 16, 2022, an employee was operating a forklift near a dock. The forklift backed out of the dock door into an empty space without a trailer and fell to the ground about 4 feet below. It then rolled onto its side and caused fractures to the employee's right hand, left leg, and left foot. The employee was hospitalized.
