An employee was sitting in a chair at a table. When she pushed back from the table, the chair tipped to the side and she fell to the floor. She suffered a broken right hip and was hospitalized.

He experienced sudden stiffness in his left knee, causing him to fall backward and strike his back on a pipe hanger. The employee sustained three broken vertebrae in their lower back.
