The tip of the employee's left middle finger, from the first knuckle past his fingernail, was caught between the bin and the top of the forklift pocket frame. The fingertip was amputated just above the first knuckle.

A temporary employee was carrying a nail gun through the warehouse when it hit his leg, activated, and fired a nail into the leg.
