An employee had been sweeping on a roof. The employee slipped and fell from the roof to the ground sustaining a brain bleed and fractures to their skull, vertebrae, and right side ribs.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
