An employee was making a delivery at a customer's storage area when they were struck by a falling compressed gas cylinder. The employee's right humerus was broken.
An employee was delivering a 265-liter (70-gallon) compressed air tank when the delivery cart caster wheels struck the skid plate, turned sideways, and caused the tank to topple over and strike the employee. The employee suffered a fractured back and was hospitalized.
An employee was unloading 30-foot 2-inch barrels from a pan holding about 20 barrels. The barrels tipped over, striking and breaking both of the employee's lower legs.
