Final narrative
At about 12:45 p.m. on February 26, 2024, an employee was scrapping a door frame, using an angle grinder to trim the frame and then discard the scrap into a metal recycling bin. Some of the material shifted, and the angle grinder lacerated his right knee. He was hospitalized.
