29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): Grounding path. The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: On or about January 10, 2013, the trailer where the directional drillers were staying was not grounded. The trailer was rented from Rig Power who was responsible for the trailer set up. The employees were exposed to potential shock and/or electrocution hazards.
