29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):    (a)  On or about October 11, 2013, and times prior, American Dream Home Improvements, as controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Arteaga Roofing LLC, subcontractor, were protected from construction site hazards through a program of frequent and regular inspections conducted by a competent person.       Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
