29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    Location: 7221 Keitner Dr., West Chester, OH. On or about July 17, 2014, an employee was observed standing on a framed wall installing a roof truss on a residential home was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 22 feet above the ground below without the use of any fall protection.
