29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  On or about April 16, 2025 located at 15828 Lexington Park, Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida, 32201 the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that they were not protected by a fall protection system while performing a residential reroof.  The Bigfoot Roofing & Construction, INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1674533, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 9417 Arbor Glen Lane, Jacksonville, FL 32208.  Bigfoot Roofing & Construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1646426, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on March 13, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 5748 A1A South, Saint Augustine, FL 32080.  Bigfoot Roofing & Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1615942, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on November 14, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 3006 Thorn Glen Road, Jacksonville, FL 32208.
