An employee was driving a flatbed delivery truck loaded with construction materials (e.g. lumber) to a residential construction job site. The employee drove into the respective subdivision and past his destination. The employee stopped on the roadway, place the vehicle in reverse, and attempted to drive back to the destination. The vehicle stalled and the employee jumped from the cab of the moving vehicle resulting in a broken ankle.
