An employee test drove a stand-up model control pallet truck after a repair and lost control resulting in lower leg fractures that required hospitalization.
An employee was operating a lift truck when it struck a stationary lift truck. His left thumb was pinched between the two lift trucks, resulting in a partial amputation.
On June 6, 2025, an employee was performing maintenance on a vertically-stored dock leveler. After completing the hydraulic repair, the employee went to exit the work area when their pant leg got caught on the bumper of the dock leveler. This caused the employee to lose their balance and fall out of the open dock door, approximately 37.5 inches. The employee sustained a lower left leg fracture.
