An employee was transporting 50,000 lbs. of materials on a cart. The injured employee was standing nearby and the cart ran over their left foot resulting in five broken toes and abrasions.

An employee was working on an automatic drill apparatus. A tool was left on top of the machine, and the vibration from the machine started to move the tool. The employee was attempting to grab the tool when the machine cycled again. The employee's left arm was caught in the machine, resulting in a left arm fracture and severe lacerations.

An employee was using a power drill with a connected ground wire. The employee was drilling some holes when the wire became wrapped on the drill head. The employee's finger was then caught between the wire and drill, resulting in a left middle fingertip amputation.

An employee was entering an aircraft hanger through a large rollup door on a powered wheelchair when the door descended on her head. She suffered a fractured jaw and severe lacerations.

An employee was climbing a step ladder while carrying a 3-foot piece of conduit. As he went to reposition his feet on the ladder by pivoting, he slipped and fell from the third rung of a 6-foot ladder. The employee sustained fractures to the left femur, right elbow, and right ring finger.

The employee sustained fractures to the right side of the pelvis, elbow, and a left ring fingertip as well as injuries to the right wrist and bruising to the back and stomach.

A pressurized aircraft nose landing gear strut assembly was being disassembled. The gland nut dislodged under pressure and made contact with an employee's left hand, breaking it.

A metal tooling base was being moved by a forklift when the load shifted. An employee who was assisting went to stabilize the load and prevent it from sliding off the forks. The C-channel of the base crushed the employee's left hand against the concrete ground, resulting in the amputation of their third and fourth fingers.

An employee was working on a tool platform (47.5" tall) and was transitioning around to the other side when they lost balance and fell to the concrete floor. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to seven ribs and their elbow.

An employee bent over to pick up a rubber mat from the ground. When he grabbed the corner of the mat, a rattlesnake hidden under it bit his left middle finger near the first knuckle. He was hospitalized.
