Final narrative
An employee climbed onto the wing of a B-52 aircraft from an aerial lift to begin preparations for priming. The employee slid off the wing to the floor approximately 7 feet below. The employee landed on his knees then hit his head on the rear landing gear tire that resulted in an injury requiring stitches. The employee also sustained a possible fractured hip. The employee was wearing fall protection at the time.

An employee was operating a manual shear machine to process stock when he sustained a right middle finger crush/degloving injury and a ring finger amputation.
An employee was riding a bicycle on the flight line apron headed to a building when the employee was struck by the trailing edge of a B-1 stabilizer on a parked trailer. The employee suffered facial fractures and lacerations.
An employee was walking along a trench inspecting the trench box in the excavation when he tripped and fell toward the trench. As the employee was falling head-first into the trench, he attempted to get a hold of the fall protection cable. The cable then looped around his left hand and the employee fell approximately 8 feet into the trench before the fall protection engaged. The employee suffered amputations of his left index, middle, ring, and little fingers.
A ranger was performing back-country patrol duties while hiking. As they were climbing a technical rock patch, a rock handhold broke, causing the employee to fall approximately 15 feet before their belay engaged.
