Final narrative
On September 4, 2020, a welder operator was training a new employee on how to operate a robotic welder. The machine actuated while his left hand was in it, resulting in a partial amputation of the little finger.
On August 18, 2025, at approximately 7:40 AM, an employee utilized a pocket knife to cut banding on a new bundle of rod material. The knife blade bent during use. The employee was working to straighten the blade on a hard surface when the knife slipped, causing a lacerating their right wrist/forearm. The employee was hospitalized.
