On March 20, 2023, an employee was inspecting a vehicle's fire extinguishers when she slipped off the stairs of the vehicle and sustained fractures to the back of the skull. The employee was hospitalized.
The injured employee was standing on a ladder to hang pipe when another Encore employee unintentionally stepped on the rear side of the ladder. This caused the ladder s legs to collapse. The injured employee fell onto the concrete floor. He was hospitalized with fractures to his right shoulder and right hip.
