An employee was working to remove product from an 800-ton skin stretch. The employee lost his footing and fell approximately 15 feet from a platform into a safety net in the pit under the stretch operating area. The employee sustained a fracture to the C-7 vertebra.

While using a hand held 1/4" drill the injured employee's glove became entangled in the rotary file bit resulting in the amputation of a fingertip.

An employee was using a router machine and got caught between two tables on the router machine resulting in a pelvic injury.

An employee was about to install a panel on the left wing of an aircraft when the panel started to slip. As he tried to stop it from falling, he lost his balance and fell about 8 feet, hitting part of the engine and then the ground below. He injured his lower back and ribs.

A maintenance employee was troubleshooting an automatic tool changer (ATC) on a lathe. The employee thought the ATC was stopped when he stuck his hand in to check the alignment. At that point, the ATC cycled, nipping the tip of his left 2nd finger.

An employee was operating a machine when a wire pulled his right glove resulting in amputation of the index and middle fingertips.

An employee was grinding chicken when their right index fingertip was caught in the grinder and amputated.

An employee was sharpening peeler blades when their shirt was caught in the grinding wheel. The employee sustained tendon damage and a crushed right hand.

An employee was passing through a large metal door when the door closed on the employee, resulting in a cracked rib.

An employee was preparing to cut lumber on a panel saw when the clamp engaged and caught the employee's left middle finger, resulting in a fingertip amputation.

A pressurized aircraft nose landing gear strut assembly was being disassembled. The gland nut dislodged under pressure and made contact with an employee's left hand, breaking it.

A metal tooling base was being moved by a forklift when the load shifted. An employee who was assisting went to stabilize the load and prevent it from sliding off the forks. The C-channel of the base crushed the employee's left hand against the concrete ground, resulting in the amputation of their third and fourth fingers.

An employee was working on a tool platform (47.5" tall) and was transitioning around to the other side when they lost balance and fell to the concrete floor. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to seven ribs and their elbow.

An employee was adjusting the task lighting on a band saw when their right little finger made contact with the blade, resulting in amputation.

On August 19, 2025, at 6:30 a.m., an employee sat in the rear bench seat of a golf cart ahead of being driven to a parking lot. When the golf cart began to move, he fell off the cart and onto the ground, resulting in a fractured right hip.

An employee was working to remove a product blockage from a piece of equipment. The employee was struck by a metal bar near the deck of the pin mixer equipment and sustained blunt force trauma to the torso.

An employee was moving a rack onto a lower conveyor in the south heat treat area when their finger got caught between the part tray and the rollers, resulting in a fingertip fracture and amputation.

An employee was climbing a ladder to get on top of the breakroom. The ladder slipped, causing him to fall to the ground. The employee sustained fractures to his upper back, left foot, and ankle.

Two employees were removing a circuit breaker. The injured employee was using wrenches in the removal process. One of the wrenches contacted an adjacent door, resulting in an arc flash. The employee suffered burns to their neck, face, and ear, as well as momentary vision loss due to the flash.

An employee bent over to pick up a rubber mat from the ground. When he grabbed the corner of the mat, a rattlesnake hidden under it bit his left middle finger near the first knuckle. He was hospitalized.
