The upward motion of the crane caused the cable to pull his finger into the pulley. The employee's fingertip was partially amputated.

On June 27, 2025, at approximately 7:00 PM, an employee was operating a cell that presses rings on a cylinder and welds the rings on. The cylinder was moving between the welding station and the press station when it fell off the holder. The employee went to place the cylinder back on the holder when the cell cycled and the compression holder crushed their right hand. The employee's middle, ring, and little fingers were crushed.

Upon adding downward pressure from the hydraulic press, the tool's hydraulic quick coupler broke and released the ball bearing inside the coupler. The ball bearing struck the employee in the abdomen, resulting in lacerations and abrasions. The ball bearing also penetrated the employee's abdomen.
